Bingo! Length is really important too. Yes, shorter is definitely better on the web. Thanks for sharing that tip.

7 Deadly Sins of Article Marketing
great post - I also use ezinearticles, as well as Articles Directory M.

Both of these sites have a person actually read your article to ensure that the content is decent.
I feel another point to add is length. Some articles become chapters in books once they become too long. and when they are to short they have no content to use.
Length I feel is between 400 - 900 words ...

7 Deadly Sins of Article Marketing
If you're creating a huge manual of "How Tos" you may be a bit too picky. :-) They probably don't give your staff any opportunity to use their own decision making ability to make good decisions. And that means innovation stops in your business. Focus your OM and "how Tos" on the end result, make sure you include any steps required by law or for safety reasons, but give your folks some wiggle room. They just might surprise you. Glad you take the time to stop by and read. You're the reason I'm here.

ClickBank Finally Has A Search Function
Ms. O'Berry,

I found your blog as I was searching the internet for a template to use. I've been in real estate for 7 years now, and have always had an OM (Operations Manual).

But with so many processes, I've found I had to separate my OM and create a separate 3-in. binder with How-To's. Is this a normal way to go, or am I being too nitpicky?

My OM is now only in a 1/2 in. binder, and the How-To's could go on forever (I'm constantly updating those). Just wondering what your thoughts are.

I will do some more research and reading of your recommended books.

Thank you for your blogs; they are most helpful!
